FHM - Health Supplement
Brief: Provide 10,000 words of edited copy for an FHM Hospital supplement. FHM deputy editor Ben Wilson gave ACM hundreds of reader questions, a request to answer each with advice a bona fide health expert, and a brief that all copy be in FHM house style.
Solution: Matt Barr was project leader in an all-hands-on-deck approach in which the 10,000 words were delivered before deadline and to spec. The supplement appeared in the Nov 08 issue and now we all know a little too much about athlete's foot, STDs and cholesterol.
I use ACM all the time, and not just because they took me to Hawaii last year. Fine lads, with a good sense of style and a hyper awareness of what's on trend in the adventure sports world.
